We can seat up to 275 guests or up to 350 guests for cocktail-style event. If you need a smaller space for intimate gatherings, we can convert a portion of the space to a smaller, private dining area.

The full amount is due 30 days before your event date. We accept check, Zelle & online ACH and Credit Card payments through our payment portal.

We “soft hold” a date when requested to do so. We’ll hold the date for 5 consecutive days and if another event wants to book that date, we will contact you. You then have 24 hours to decide to move forward with booking or release the date.
A full day’s rental is from 10 AM to 11 PM (13 hours) in accordance with local noise ordinances.
All contents brought in by the Host(s) must be completely removed and the building will be locked at the event’s end time.
When renting the entire venue, you are entitled to use the venue space, with restrooms, tables and chairs for groups of up to 275 provided.
Additional hours may be available.
Ceremony fee is separate.
The Reserve offers an on-site, indoor ceremony option, for a fee.
The ceremony fee includes the conversion of the space for your reception.
A one-hour ceremony rehearsal is included with a ceremony fee, during the week before your wedding, based on availability.
The Reserve is located on the ground floor and is ADA accessible. There are designated handicap parking spaces, as well.
In the event that the day/ night before your event is not booked, you may purchase additional hours to decorate.
Glitter, confetti, rice, bubbles and sparklers are not permitted at any time. Open flame must be surrounded in a glass votive or hurricane glass to prevent wax on tables and fire safety.
Once a deposit has been received, we consider the date to be booked and remove it from our availability calendar. Cancellation of the event after the 5-day grace period has passed will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
In the event of any federal, state or local statute, ordinance or executive order, included but not limited to a pandemic, that would prevent the Host from using the space on the Event Date, the agreement may terminate, and the Owner will reimburse the Host for monies paid less an administrative fee.
Indiana State Tax of 7% will apply along with a 4% service fee.
A security guard is required for events larger than 50 guests when alcohol is served. Security is arranged by The Reserve and is the Host’s responsibility to pay security at the beginning of the event.
A cleaning fee may apply.
